Banana, Date and Almond Shake

Baked oatmeal really is SOMETHING ELSE. (A fabulous thing).

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1/2 sliced banana, a squished up medjool date
- cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- top with rest of banana, dried white mulberries, tahini, almonds, and ANYTHING you find that pleases you.
- bake for 15-20 minutes. 
- eat.
- maybe with tea and something fresh.
